Application Support Engineer SaaS (f/m/d)

LOCATION: VIENNA | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME 

 

In this role you diagnose, report and resolve technical issues of our data integration platform. Collaborating with our internal Support, Engineering, Dev Ops and Product teams, you will fix issues, produce documentation and streamline the support process in order to optimize user experience and support efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Become a product specialist for our data integration platform
  • Embrace advanced technical support requests and find timely solutions together with appropriate stakeholders
  • Generalize and propagate solutions on relevant internal channels
  • Anticipate and address potential issues before they become effective using existing error logging and alerting tools
  • Continuously improve processes and methodology for monitoring, documenting and preventing issues
 

What you’ll need:

  • University degree, advantage if gained in a technical field related to software 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly pragmatical attitude, unconventional thinking, hands-on mentality

 

Nice to have:

  • Former engineering role in an agile international development team
  •  Experience in Business Intelligence applications and Digital Marketing

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position on a full-time basis is EUR 35.252‬‬ gross per year for 38.5 hours per week. In addition, we offer the willingness to make an overpayment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
