What you'll do:

  • Set-up of customer sales contracts and invoices in Netsuite (Oracle ERP) for Adverity (comprising of Adverity Austria, Adverity UK and Adverity USA).
  • Maintaining customer interactions: create invoice, credit memo, accounting records and customer information.
  • Communication with employees of other departments in order to enhance revenue and mitigate write-offs.
  • Control and payments for travel and expense reimbursements and preparing vendor payments and processing of expenses reports for Adverity Group.
  • Working together with accountants on getting monthly financial reports finalized (providing all necessary information, clarifying discrepancies etc.).
  • Together with tax advisors you make sure that the customer invoicing is tax compliant.
  • Supporting in other tasks like assisting on projects relating to the financial department and facing a rapidly developing company (setting up new software solutions etc.).
 

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years experience in finance.
  • Knowledge of basic finance principles and a university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in English. German is a plus.
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and a proficiency in MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) or other ERPs is a big plus.
  • Strong organization skills, hands-on mentality and being a team player with a friendly and helpful nature.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data and be able to handle sensitive information.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and an excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making mindset.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
