Sales Trainer

LOCATION: LONDON | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

 

We are looking for a Sales Trainer for our SaaS Sales Campus to establish robust onboarding, training and development. You’ll be supported with best-in-class technology covering the Sales Enablement space, helping you to understand, coach and provide feedback to the sales team, empowering them with everything they need to win new opportunities and fill the pipeline.

This is a full-time position based in our London office.

What you'll do:

  • Provide best in market support to our sales teams throughout their sales lifecycles, covering everyone from junior sales in our SDR team through to our Account Executives and Sales Team Leads.
  • Onboard and train our teams as to how they can best utilise our tools and collateral, with tools covering things such as call analysis, CMS and L&D platforms, as well as our own data & analytics platform.
  • Provide additional support and Coaching to our sales throughout their time on the team on all aspects of prospecting including Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Social and Video.
  • Coach and nurture sales techniques such as MEDDIC, SPICED and Challenger, making our team more effective at engaging with prospect, building opportunities, and forecasting pipeline.
  • Be a key part of the SDR Career Development Planning, and progress of our SDRs into the future talents of the business.
 

What you’ll need:

    • 2-4 years in a sales enablement role, ideally within a Marketing SaaS based platform
    • Proven success in onboarding and training SDR/BDRs.
    • Experience in coaching sales frameworks within a sales team, such as MEDDIC, SPICED & Challenger.
    • A data driven mindset and the ability to identify KPI's attached to how sales enablement has improved the team's performance.
    • An excellent storyteller with an ability to engage.
    • A deep understanding of how to map customer journey to the processes established.
    • Great experience in using CRMs and prospecting tools to drive sales success.
    • Ideally, experience from having been an SDR!
