What you'll do:

  • Work closely with product owners to gather requirements for new features
  • You'll spend a significant amount of time analyzing them and proposing solutions in form of high-level wireframes or clickable prototypes
  • Work closely with front-end engineers to implement prototypes, answering UI related questions, and checking out the results
  • Audit and identify UX issues in current versions of our products and propose improvements
  • Run hallway usability tests and get opinions of different people on your work
  • Reach out to customer support to get more insights on how users are using products

What you’ll need:

  • A few years of experience in user interface and experience design for web applications (we'd like to hear about your previous projects)
  • Lots of empathy: you'll be the link between product stakeholders and our users
  • Perfect written and verbal communication skills. We use English as our main language.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn data classification and visualization principles (all our products are data-driven)
  • Ability to come up with a simplest possible solution based on lots of different feedback and constraints
  • At least some experience with HTML/CSS and designing and developing for the Web (responsive design, accessibility principles, limitations of Web UIs)
  • Optional: Ability to create interactive prototypes (using JavaScript and React or other component-based tools) would be a huge bonus.

Are you ready to apply?
