In this position you are a competent contact person and sparring partner for our international team and support all kinds of HR related matters during an employee lifecycle.

This role is based in our headquarter in Vienna.

What you'll do:

  • Supporting the entire international team, starting from entry management to exit, in all matters and questions, including labour law and social health insurance topics
  • Management of the HR administration, including administration of vacation days, time tracking etc.
  • Supporting new hires with full expat service and enabling them with a smooth start into our company
  • Implementation and administration of our benefits and compensation structure as well as preparation of our payroll
  • Organization of job fairs and employer branding activities in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Designing new HR projects, spanning across all our locations, as well as implementing those with the support of other teams
  • Independent networking within all the different departments, in order to quickly recognize issues that need to be supported
 

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an international HR position, in which you have had similar tasks - ideally in the IT-KV environment
  • University qualification in HR or similar degree
  • Knowledge of operational HR work, including Austrian social and labour law (best case certified payroll accountant)
  • Understanding of British or American labour law
  • Experience with visa sponsorships (R-W-R Karte)
  • Experience in moderating workshops and driving innovative HR topics
  • A proactive, open and independent way of working with a hands-on mindset
  • High social competence and assertiveness, as well as analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
