What you'll do:

  • Provide accurate, real time  visibility into team performance from Lead (SQL) creation to closed deal.
  • Ensure Hubspot CRM data is collected accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner with Global Sales Operations team on projects and initiatives covering process improvement, Hubspot CRM development. 
  • Partner with Deals desk to ensure every order is booked correctly within company SLA’s. 
  • Ensure availability and provision of relevant bookings, pipeline, forecast reports and dashboards to USA GM.
  • Assist POD leaders & USA GM with specific report and dashboard requests to support strategic and tactical initiatives. 
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including pipeline analysis, weekly forecast reviews and sales productivity.
  • Standardise and maintain sales data, reporting and dashboards for the sales team.
  • Be a key partner to USA GM &  POD leaders providing actionable insights on areas including  key metrics, forecasting, rep productivity.
 

What you’ll need:

  • Successful work history that includes 5 years’ experience in a sales operations and/or similar role.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM.
  • Proficient in BI.
  • Data analysis & statistics experience essential but not required 
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle - from prospect to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adjusting priorities often. 
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in strong oral and written skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment 
  • Motivated self-starter, proactive, collaborative, and able to deliver results.
