We are looking for a motivated RFP Specialist (f/m/d) to join our international Solutions Consulting team. This role is based either in our offices in Vienna or London.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and project manage the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFP), Due Diligence Questionnaires and Security Questionnaires
  • Work closely with the global RFP team and Sales teams to ensure the timely completion of all requests
  • Build and maintain the RFP database of standard responses
  • Raise the quality of such responses from good to excellent
  • Identify gaps, improve efficiency and propose new ideas around the submission process and internal communication
  • Report directly to the VP of Solutions Consulting and work closely not only with the Sales Pod Owners, but also the Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Product and Engineering teams
 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Business, Economics or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in a SaaS-related environment
  • Experience in designing and managing RFP strategies and responses
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies, BI tools, database design or programming languages is a great plus for this role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a very big plus.
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and maximal efficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with a high motivation to learn
  • Organization and time-management
