A WILD RIDE

What you'll do:

  • Bear the commercial responsibility for an entire agency network partnership, including ownership of renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Cultivate a close relationship with a key agency network, including the senior stakeholders, which you continuously develop via email, telephone and also through in-person meetings.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g. the support or tech team) to provide feedback, as well as, to quickly and proactively respond to inquiries. 
  • Prepare for and hold demos, presentations, and QBRs (often in front of a larger audience).
  • Own and manage an overview of the entire agency network, so you can intervene quickly if any risks arise.
  • You regularly use our CRM tool (Gainsight) for forecasting and reporting.
 

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in an Account Management role in an agency or IT related environment (martech, adtech, SaaS), key Account Management or enterprise experience a plus! 
  • A passion for martech and constant learning, so you can be an expert on how our products work.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills (in fluent English) distinguish you. 
  • Experience communicating professionally with C-Level and other senior decision-makers.
  • Your former colleagues describe you as a solution-oriented, dynamic personality with a high level of energy.
  • The prospect of regular travel motivates you all the more.
