Our HR team is growing: Be the first HR Operations Specialist in our New York office.
You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing onboarding orientation, training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and taking care of HR policies. You will act as the main point of contact for our employees on all HR-related topics and will work closely together with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office.

What you'll do:
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Take care of the accurate processing of payroll
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like t employee engagement and turnover rates
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources/ People Operations
BA / BS degree
Professional HR certifications like PHR/SPHR
Strong analytical capability; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and HR tools
Experience working with benefits preferred
Meticulous about detail/accuracy and get excited about process improvement
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion
Highly motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Scrappy and resourceful problem solver
