Sales Enablement Technology Specialist

LOCATION: LONDON | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

 

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Technology Specialist for our SaaS Sales Campus to help power the growth of our commercial organisation. You’ll help drive the technology innovation, strategy & usage across our commercial team, working closely with the Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and Senior Leadership teams.

This is a full-time position based in our London office.

What you'll do:

  • Architect, configure and administer our sales technology stack, including integrations between our tools and CRM.
  • Identify the steps needed to increase the adoption & usage of our tools, ensuring that we maximise value.
  • Manage user accounts, groups and security settings across our tools.
  • Generate insights from data & develop mechanisms to ensure that these insights can be utilised by management, sales & marketing.
  • Continuously evaluate for shortfalls, opportunities & needs, helping to create reports, plans & process to drive change.
  • Partner with other departments (such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & Finance) to learn their business needs, understand dependencies across our tools and translate them into workflows.
  • Design & document workflows and processes supporting sales team scalability.
 

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll need to be highly logical with a problem solving mindset.
  • An understanding of CRMs
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools such as call analysis and CMS & L&D platforms.
  • Diplomatic in approach with an ability to work with people at every level in the business from C-Suite through to front line colleagues.
  • An appreciation for the sales process with an understanding of how to use technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You must be data driven with an ability to figure out where or how to get hold of any data that you need for your work, and how to tell a story using it.
