We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive our operational efficiency. You will own and manage the key processes and systems used by our sales teams. We‘re looking for an experienced professional to lead sales operations and help us improve our approach to sales reporting,forecasting, pipeline and revenue modelling.

What you'll do:

  • Work with Commercial Director to analyse the full sales process and identify
    opportunities for improvement
  • Assess and architect the customization of CRM systems to suit our business needs
    and sales process
  • Build and deliver regular reporting of sales metrics to management
  • Provide strategic advice to Adverity‘s executives and senior leadership
  • Help the Sales and Marketing teams achieve their ambitious growth goals
  • Work with management team to ensure the sales process integrates into the
    company’s other functions, especially, customer success, finance and product.
  • Maintain and update the operations of the sales process as the company scales
 

What you’ll need:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a sales operations or similar role
  • Experience with CRM’s - implementing, using and maintaining the software within a
    sales context
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle - from prospect to close to post-sale
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and leaders across
    the sales, marketing, customer success and finance teams
  • Strong oral and written skills.
