(Junior) Talent Sourcer (f/m/d)

LOCATION: VIENNA | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME / PART-TIME | GROSS SALARY: ≥ 35,784€ p.a.

 

In this position you will help us fill our candidate pipeline, establish yourself as a sparring partner for recruitment/business and further advance our employer brand. 

We are looking forward to welcoming two Talent Sourcers (full-time or part-time from 30h+) to our Talent Acquisition team.

A WILD RIDE

What you'll do:

  • Identify and approach candidates for our tech and non-tech positions via social networks
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters on various search projects
  • Manage our talent pool to stay in touch with candidates
  • Organize and participate in employer branding activities to attract talents
  • Support our recruiters in later stages of the recruitment process, if needed
 

What you’ll need:

  • Ongoing or completed university degree in an HR-related field
  • First experiences in active sourcing or recruiting
  • Excellent time-management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Social competence combined with proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Tech savviness and familiarity with current sourcing tools
  • Proficiency in German is a huge plus

Are you ready to apply?

The minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is EUR 35,784. Of course, your actual salary will be in line with the market and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
