Client Support Specialist - Night Shift (f/m/d)

The successful candidate will be responsible for timely, accurate and satisfactory resolution of client support tickets during (rotating) night shifts. The position is based in Sofia.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as daily first point of contact for our clients on all usage and operational matters concerning Adverity’s products.
  • Identify, categorize and troubleshoot issues using manuals/documentation.
  • If necessary, escalate more complex issues to your team lead or other internal departments.
  • Communicate progress of issue resolution to the client in a timely, error-free and comprehensible manner.
  • Identify recurring client issues and requests and write client-facing entries for FAQ and Help articles.
  • Work closely and efficiently with other support members on a day-to-day basis.
 

What you’ll need:

  • Previous B2B helpdesk experience, ideally in the SaaS industry, in 1st and/or 2nd-level support.
  • Willingness to work in (rotating) night shifts.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ticketing tools (we use Zendesk).
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and deliver instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • Being a team player, with a strong willingness to learn and discover new technologies.
  • A friendly, affable and approachable personality.
