We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our fast-growing, global technology company. In this highly cross-functional role you act as a multiplier for the product management team by enabling it to scale effectively.

This is a full time position, where you can work either from our office in Vienna or in London

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of all product operations topics.
  • Maintain and extend the product management tool stack with focus on interrelated integration & automation.
  • Optimize existing workflows & processes and design & implement new ones whilst ensuring a streamlined approach for involved teams.
  • Oversee product tracking implementation and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain an onboarding and education program for product managers and take over responsibility for onboarding for new starters.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and other recurring, operational meetings.
  • Coordinate and contribute to intra- and interdepartmental knowledge transfer.
 

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in product operations or in a related role within product management.
  • In-depth experience in working with product management software.
  • Curiosity and passion for digital media, technology and software.
  • Preference to work in constantly changing and agile environments.

Are you ready to apply?

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is € 43,316. Of course, your actual salary will be in line with the market and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
