Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

LOCATION: LONDON OR VIENNA | JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME | GROSS SALARY: € 50.000 p.a.

 

We are looking for an ambitious & experienced Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our data-driven, central demand generation team, committed to creating interest and excitement for the Adverity brand and product, and build a healthy and steady paid pipeline for our sales team

You will be responsible for managing & executing on our global SEM, display, paid social (Linkedin, Facebook, Quora etc.), ABM and PPC initiatives on various digital channels in order to support our ambitious growth targets.

This role is based in Vienna or London.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing & ABM campaign initiatives globally in order to drive high-intent leads and hit regional targets
  • Continuously asses, adjust and drive successfully performance management related vision, scope, priorities, processes, system and tools across the organization
  • Responsible for controlling the creation and delivery of creative assets and  writing ads copy as needed, setup channel strategies, naming conventions and tracking maps for all performance ads and landing pages
  • Run A/B test across various value propositions, messages, creatives, LPs, bids and strategies across different channels to find the best angle to make our product appealing for each individual target group
  • Manage and configure our analytics tracking system & tags using GA, Google Tags Manager, and Adverity
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize our performance marketing activities and apply effectively conversion rate optimisation techniques
  • Manage and coordinate organization-wide effort to ensure all programs or initiatives are developed by using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvement in line with ongoing strategic imperatives
  • Create and deliver performance reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and evaluate the overall performance activity for return on spend
 

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of overall performance marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-growth technology companies, B2B space or eCommerce
  • Proficiency & confidence in executing across a wide range of performance channels: Paid Search, Display Network, LinkedIn, Facebook, GA, ABM tools like Demand Base, Triblio a CMS management and landing page creation (preferably Hubspot & Wordpress), Programmatic & Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience with the mechanics of growth – funnels, analytics, acquisition channels, onboarding, AB testing, retargeting – mobile and/or web
  • Consistent track record of delivering good quality leads, meeting requests & ROI on budget and time for the above mentioned channels
  • Proficiency in working with a CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tool ( Hubspot/ Salesforce/Marketo, Active Campaign, Wordpress)
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads 360, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot inbound certifications would be beneficial
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a fluency in English a must, any other languages a bonus
  • Proactive, hands-on and self-driven nature: strategizing, identifying areas lacking process and implementing solutions
