Sales Enablement Education Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Education Specialist for our SaaS Sales Campus to establish best-in-class learning & development programmes across our commercial team.

You’ll be supported with best-in-class technology covering the Sales Enablement space, giving you all the tools and resources to help build a best in class Sales Enablement function to power a winning commercial team.

This is a full-time position based in our London office.

What you'll do:

  • Define the educational paths for our teams of SDRs, Account Executives and Sales Directors.
  • Build, curate and manage the courses covering onboarding, upskilling and career development.
  • Work closely with our Product Marketing teams to ensure that product updates & rollouts are communicated effectively to the teams, and supported with the right sales collateral.
  • Develop the frameworks for analysing performance through onboarding ramp, and quantifying & understanding abilities and weaknesses on an individual level.
  • Actively work alongside team leads to understand skills & knowledge gaps, creating content & working into educational paths where possible.
  • Work alongside marketing for collateral & branding support.
 

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years plus in a Sales Enablement role, ideally within a Marketing SaaS based platform.
  • Experience in establishing sales frameworks within a sales team, such as MEDDIC, SPICED & Challenger.
  • Tech savviness with the ability to manage design and marketing stakeholders in creating collateral, and an ability to build internal presentations quickly that are both engaging and on brand.
  • An ability to quickly put ideas into a tangible format, with the confidence to drive them through the business.
  • Prior experience in an individual contributor sales role is a plus.
