We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth in the UK and Northern Europe. The Head of Sales will be responsible for achieving new business targets for the region. The position is based in London.

A WILD RIDE

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers responsible for achieving new business growth targets
  • Ensure your team develops and sustains a lead and opportunity pipeline in the assigned markets
  • Coach team members in identifying as well as qualifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Work closely with Marketing and other sales leaders to develop, test and implement best practices for prospecting and inbound lead management 
  • Leading by example: comfortable in discussing and influencing decision makers over the phone and in person around their marketing data and -analytics strategy and operations
  • Be part of the Adverity’s sales Leadership team and continuously support the development and execution of our sales strategy
  • Work with and leverage the Sales CRM to track performance and forecast accurately
 

What you’ll need:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role where you have met or exceeded assigned quota measured in Revenue/Closed Won, sales activity (calls/day, demos/week), leads generated/qualified as well as opportunities/pipeline created 
  • Strong leadership and management skills 
  • Hands-On mentality to support sales reps in their daily activity.
  • Experience with cold calling prospects across all levels – including C-Level
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with a very positive phone demeanour
  • Outstanding communication skills in English language 
  • Success-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of energy 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and a strong desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices
  • Recent experience within the SaaS or Marketing software industry a plus
